Diving deep into a retreat can be overwhelming. Trust that the circle of women there are also in the same boat and we agree to honour each other's process throughout the week-end.

Since this week-end is dedicated to you, it might be nice to have family or friends join but we ask that only "babies in arms" come along to keep from distractions. This is your time to sit back without the duties of taking care of children or fur babies!
